
Goal: Practice leaving the stress zone and returning to the safety zone.1. Think of the activities you do just for fun. (Dreaming up inventions, artwork, exercising, playing an instrument, etc.)2. Choose a fave, and set a short time limit for a creative or physical challenge. (Sketch for five minutes, or brainstorm for one-minute, or exercise for four minutes, etc.) Even if you feel that you can do more, honor the time limit.3.
